Once the airline authorises a refund in case of cancellation, we start to process it. You can check the status of your refund in My Trips. The amount you are entitled to will be refunded via the same payment method you used when booking.
Sometimes, the refund must be manually requested from the airline. The process may take some time (up to several months). Once we receive confirmation of the returned deposit, we will refund this amount via the payment method you used when booking.
Due to current circumstances this process might take longer than usual.
