Whether you are entitled to receive a refund if you cancel your ticket depends on the reason for cancellation and the conditions or the airline and ticket. We will inform you about it after the main booker has requested the cancellation through My Trips.

If the airline allows the cancellation of your booking, we will charge € 50 (or the equivalent in your local currency) per ticket plus the cancellation fee the airline charges. Service fees and the amount paid for extra services will not be refunded.

However, if you have purchased Enhanced Refundable Terms or Basic Refundable Terms, you are entitled to receive 75% of your ticket price returned (excluding booking fee, the cost of the Cancellation Protection and other products or extras) only if you cancel 24 hours before the departure of your flight. For the basic cancellation protection we request an official medical certificate or death certificate to initiate a refund upon cancellation. With both the Cancellation Protection and the Cancellation Protection Plus you will receive the amount refunded to your account within 15 days.

Check all conditions of the Enhanced Refundable Terms or Basic Refundable Term.

Note if cancellation is not possible, you can try to change your ticket. Maybe you do have an opportunity to use your ticket some other time.
