If you want to cancel your ticket then you can do so by logging in in your personal booking area via My Trips.
As soon as possible you will receive an email with the cancellation policy and costs. For cancellations we charge a service fee of € 50 (or the equivalent in your local currency) per ticket. Note: your ticket is not cancelled yet, the final cancellation is done after you have given your approval. Are you not the main booker? Then you can not cancel the ticket.
Have you purchased Enhanced Refundable Terms or Basic Refundable Terms and you meet the requirements? The refund will be handled directly with you through our financial department.
