You’ve booked your ticket suddenly you see it: a typing error or even a wrong name on the ticket. What happens next?

Please contact us as soon as possible (preferably the same day) by logging in at My Trips to start your change request. A service agent will take care of your request.

However, a complete name change is almost never allowed. We will always do our utmost to help. For a name change that is allowed by the airline for a fee, we will charge you €50 (or the equivalent in your local currency) change administration fee per ticket. Airline costs are charged in addition. It is important to know that it is almost impossible to change a name on your ticket at weekends, because airline offices are often closed. Transferring your ticket to another person is almost never allowed.
